Bryan B. DeBoer
President, Chief Executive Officer
Bryan DeBoer serves as the President & CEO of Lithia & Driveway, where his visionary spirit sets the pace for the company’s exceptional growth, diversification into horizontal synergies, and creating a unique customer ecosystem to meet customers wherever, whenever, and however they desire. Under our Growth Powered by People mission, Lithia &Driveway has expanded to hundreds of domestic and international locations and gained recognition as one of the largest global automotive retailers.
Bryan joined Lithia & Driveway in 1989, learning the nuts-and-bolts of its operations through many store positions, including Finance Manager, Used Vehicle Manager, General Sales Manager, General Manager, and Multi-store General Manager. In 2008, he became a director soon after transitioning to Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions/Operations and then to Chief Operating Officer. He’s been our CEO since 2012, transforming the company’s culture into a customer-centered, entrepreneurial, and high-performance model and driving network development.
A lifelong resident of Ashland, Oregon, Bryan earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Southern Oregon University. Additionally, he graduated from the National Automobile Dealers Association Dealer Academy. Bryan’s first-ever car was a gold 1982 Toyota Tercel SR5 Wagen and first bought was a black 1986 Toyota MR2.
With Bryan’s forward-thinking leadership, Lithia & Driveway is profitably modernizing an industry through its ever-evolving ecosystem of physical locations, e-commerce technologies, captive financing, and fleet management offerings. His drive to provide a wide array of products and services throughout the vehicle-ownership lifecycle powers our ability to Earn Customers for Life, leading our way to becoming the largest global auto retailer.
Adam Chamberlain
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Adam Chamberlain serves as the Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President of Lithia & Driveway, where he effectively bolsters operational potential and leverages the competitive advantages of our unique customer ecosystem. With a passion for perfecting the Customer Experience and a commitment to Earn Customers for Life, Adam has been instrumental in driving profitability and a more holistic experience for our customers, wherever, whenever, and however they choose to interact with us.
Adam joined Lithia & Driveway in 2022, bringing a wealth of knowledge from his 25-year career in key retail leadership roles—including President of Aston Martin of the Americas and Vice President of Sales and Product Management for Mercedes Benz USA. As Lithia & Driveway’s Chief Customer Officer and Regional President (East Region), he demonstrates a talent for quickly improving operational results while fostering a customer-centric culture.
Adam holds a B.A. in International Business from Sheffield Hallam University in England. Adam’s love for cars started with a 1983 Volkswagen Golf Rabbit GTI.
Known for his proactive and collaborative leadership style, Adam inspires others to Improve Constantly, so we gain store potential and increase profitability.
Chris Holzshu
Executive Vice President
Chris Holzshu serves as the Executive Vice President for Lithia & Driveway, where he leads development and growth initiatives and serves as the company’s appointee on the boards of Pinewood Technologies Group and Wheels, Inc.—key partnerships that began in 2024. With a passion for high performance and our mission, Growth Powered by People, Chris has been instrumental in executing our ambitious growth strategy to one of the largest global automotive retailers.
Chris joined Lithia & Driveway in 2003 and over his 20-plus years with the company, he has held many senior leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Human Resource Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. Throughout his tenure, Chris has expertly led operations teams, integrated hundreds of new locations domestically and internationally, and developed our unique performance-management system. Chris is known for his talent for relating to individuals at all levels, igniting operations potential and driving individual performance. Leveraging his passion for people and transparent, direct communication style, he is quick to build relationships with partners that have been instrumental to Lithia & Driveway’s massive growth.
Chris holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Alaska. Indicative of his love for adventure in the great outdoors, Chris’s first car was a lifted silver and burgundy 1979 Ford F-350 pickup.
Tina Miller
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Tina Miller serves as the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Lithia & Driveway, leading its accounting, tax, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, risk management, and treasury functions. With her extensive financial management background and drive to Take Personal Ownership, Tina has been instrumental in achieving sector-leading growth while maintaining low leverage, launching our captive finance company (DFC), and promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Tina joined Lithia & Driveway in 2005, working in internal audit and corporate accounting before being promoted to Corporate Controller in 2015 and Vice President in 2018. She’s been our CFO since 2019. Throughout her tenure, Tina has garnered several industry awards, including Cox Automotive’s Woman of the Year Award (2024) and one of Automotive News’ Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry (2020) and one of its 2022 All-Stars.
She graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Oregon. Her road to Lithia & Driveway started with her first car, a white 1992 Pontiac Bonneville.
Known for fostering a culture of collaboration and clear communications, Tina has driven significant growth and aligned external financing to fuel an ambitious acquisitions strategy. Under her leadership, company performance has thrived, resulting in robust revenue growth and impressive stock appreciation.
David Stork
Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer
David Stork serves as the Senior Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer of Lithia & Driveway, propelling its key legal, real estate, and sustainability initiatives. Leveraging his unique legal and business background, and his commitment to Improve Constantly, David has been instrumental in executing global LAD growth transactions and initiatives, providing legal support across the full array of LAD’s vertical and adjacency growth, designing and developing a Decarbonization Strategy, and creating a strategic Enterprise Risk Management structure.
David joined Lithia & Driveway in 2019, becoming its first-ever Chief Legal Officer. In that role, he strengthened innovation, diversification, mergers and acquisitions, and the enhancement of intellectual property. Before coming to Lithia & Driveway, David worked as General Counsel and Head of Compliance at JELD-WEN, Inc, a global manufacturer of building products.
David has a bachelor’s degree in literature and economics from Luther College and a juris doctorate from the University of Minnesota Law School. In reminiscing on his first car, a 1977 Green Gremlin, David shared, “It was my favorite color—inexpensive.”
David’s proactive approach working with teams embodies our mission of Growth Powered by People, enhancing our ability to expand internal customers and adjacencies through practical and lasting problem-solving.
George Hines
Senior Vice President, Chief Innovation & Technology Officer
George Hines serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation & Technology Officer (CITO), leveraging technology to drive innovation within our operations that builds loyalty and expands market share. George embodies our core value to Have Fun as he continuously explores new digital strategies to transform and perfect how our customers and employees interact with one another.
Before joining Lithia & Driveway in 2019, George held technology and innovation leadership roles at Massage Envy Franchising and Viad Corp. Earlier, he worked with Deloitte Consulting and Ernst & Young Management Consulting. Because of his extensive work experiences, George has enjoyed living abroad in Peru, Ecuador, Brazil, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
George holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Millikin University in Illinois, and he has completed studies at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. His personal vehicle-ownership journey started with a white 1982 Mercury Zephyr.
Because of his expert leadership, in 2021, George and his teams successfully launched Driveway, our e-commerce platform that has greatly expanded our customer ecosystem for buying, selling, and servicing vehicles. George also serves as a company appointee on the board of Pinewood Technologies Group.
Gary Glandon
Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer
Gary Glandon serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer, leading all human resources functions and ensuring the company continues to build a culture that attracts, engages, and develops the best teams to strengthen our competitive growth strategy. A true champion for our mission, Growth Powered by People, Gary guides his teams to elevate the employee experience across our vast retail network.
Before joining Lithia & Driveway in 2021, Gary was President and CEO of Glandon Partners, an international HR consulting and executive-coaching practice. Throughout his business career, Gary has served as a senior-level executive and corporate officer for major corporations, including Abbott Labs, Honeywell, and Rogers Corporation.
Gary has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of St. Francis and a bachelor’s degree in business administration in human resources management from Michigan State University. He also completed the Advanced Human Resource Executive Course at the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor. Gary is fond of his first car—which he shared with his mom—a rust-colored 1977 Camaro.
Under Gary’s guidance, our HR strategy has transformed into an active-support model, keeping our stores’ high-performance culture heading in the right direction.
Dianna du Preez
Chief Customer Officer
Dianna du Preez serves as the Chief Customer Officer of Lithia & Driveway, where she focuses on all components of our unique ecosystem and ecommerce channel, Driveway, to enhance a best-in-class Customer Experience. Her three decades of international automotive experience—combined with her passion to Earn Customers for Life—has been instrumental in accelerating Sales Loyalty and Service Retention, empowering associates with service training, and optimizing digital processes while significantly reducing operational costs.
Dianna joined Lithia & Driveway in 2023 as the Vice President of Driveway Logistics, and a few short months later, she took the wheel as the Vice President, Driveway Operations. Previously, Dianna worked at Mercedes-Benz USA as Senior Vice President of Customer Service, which included fixed operations, engineering services, dealer training, and the customer assistance center.
Originally from South Africa, Dianna achieved both a bachelor’s and an honors’ degree in Business Economics from the University of Pretoria. Her automotive journey began with her first ride—a bright yellow 1998 Renault Five.
Dianna’s strong work ethic and diversified leadership experience grows store strategies that fuel our ability to meet customers wherever, whenever, and however they desire.
Chuck Lietz
Senior Vice President, Finance
Chuck Lietz serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance, overseeing Driveway Finance Corporation (DFC), our captive finance company that provides financing optionality for consumers while increasing profitability. Chuck’s ability to Take Personal Ownership has resulted in DFC becoming Lithia & Driveway’s #1 indirect auto lender and an integral platform in our evolving customer ecosystem.
Before joining Lithia & Driveway in 2019, Chuck worked as the Managing Director of U.S Bank’s Dealer Commercial Services group and as the Business Office Director for Precision Interconnect, a division of Tyco International’s medical products group.
Chuck has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Portland (Oregon), as well as a master’s degree of business Administration from Washington State University. His first auto-ownershipe xperience involved the purchase of a maroon 1968 VW Bug. The car was great and could go anywhere, but the heater vents were stuck open, which wasn't ideal during the summer months, so he had to sell it.
His extensive background in financing, risk management, and compliance plays a pivotal role in Lithia & Driveway’s growth strategy to expand its finance operations, products, and store support.
Bryan Osterhout
Regional President
Bryan Osterhout is a Regional President leading a substantial group of stores throughout the Northwest U.S. and Alaska. He joined Lithia over 20 years ago as the General Manager of Eugene Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Mr. Osterhout exhibited his entrepreneurial spirit early, borrowing money from his family to start a used car dealership when he was only 21 years old. Now, he inspires that same passion for operational performance and leadership throughout many of our stores.
Mr.Osterhout studied economics and marketing for four years at the University of Oregon.
Tom Naso
Regional President
Tom Naso serves as the Regional President, overseeing operations throughout the Southwest and South-Central regions in the US, including California, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas. He thrives in building high-performing teams, embodying our mission of Growth Powered by People.
Before joining Lithia & Driveway, Tom built his industry experience as a store owner, a partner at a large Southern California store, and an automotive consultant.
Tom served honorably in the U.S. Air Force and received his education at the USAF Air University and Nova Southeastern University, focusing on legal studies. His first car was a 1970 Mach 1.
Because of his inspirational leadership, Tom excels in transitioning our new acquisitions teams quickly, helping them to thrive in our high-performance culture and embrace our core value to Earn Customers for Life.
Neil Williamson
Regional President
Neil Williamson serves as the Regional President, overseeing operations for stores throughout the United Kingdom (UK). A self-confessed car fan, Neil’s passion for all things automotive is only matched by his desire to create an exceptional customer experience and workplace where we Earn Customers for Life.
Before joining Lithia & Driveway in 2023, Neil was Chief Executive Officer of Jardine Motors Group—one of the UK’s largest motor retailers. Neil has over 30 years of OEM and retail experience, having held leadership positions with several automotive manufacturers, including Managing Director for Seat UK and Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Retail Group.
Neil studied mechanical engineering at Leeds and Cambridge universities, with a brief diversion into nuclear power, but the pull of the automotive industry drew him into his first job at Renault. His first auto was a very green Volkswagen Beetle, and he loved the freedom it gave him, albeit he wasn’t so keen on the lack of air conditioning!
As a leading figure in UK automotive, Neil champions creating exceptional consumer experiences, supporting Growth Powered by People, and driving his store teams to transform and innovate automotive retail.
